Our Research and Development Team is headed by Bill Berkowitz, who was raised in the foodservice industry.  Bill graduated from UCSB with a degree in Business Economics.  He then refined his culinary skills working a year in Europe with restaurants from Rome's Antonello Colono to the French Riiera's Le Moulin de Mougins.  Bill wears many hats and brings a wide range of experience  to any project,  from recipe and menu development to financial review and budgeting
